Bathroom Cabinet Clean-out Drive

The Bathroom Cabinet Clean-out Drive will last through the month of July. Donations will be collected via door-side pick-ups by Atlanta Natural Hair Care. Atlanta Natural Hair Care is asking all you product junkies to empty out your bathroom cabinets and donate your slightly used products to Dress for Success Atlanta. On August 7th the women of Naturally Fierce will deliver the collected products as part of their Naturally Fierce Volunter day.

Shelley joined Atlanta Natural Hair Care in January of 2010. She is the author of one of Atlanta Natural Hair Care's most popular articles "Chemicals in Our Natural Hair: The Scoop on the Goop". In additon to producing the Naturi Tress natural hair care product line. Shelly is a personal chef, offering private culinary services for individuals and families in the Atlanta area. Both her natural hair care and culinary services come together under one umbrella Naturi Beauty Concepts: Nourish Nuture Grow.

Poetic Goddess Tara Shenea

Tara joined Atlanta Natural Hair Care this month, July of 2010. She posted a sample of her talent, Flyye Sista (Afro) on July 12th. The Poetic Goddess is the author of Creative Corridors. "In this artistic collection of poetry the reader will journey through the corridors of creativity and become supernaturally exposed to feelings of inspiration, love, laughter, power, faith-filled encouragement and so much more." We are honored to have Kenya, stylist and co-creator of the Natural Styling Guide DVD, join our team.

Kenya exclusively styles natural hair and teaches natural styling techniques at natural hair care events and meet-ups. She holds a degree in Biology from Spelman College and prior to becoming a stylist she worked as an application chemist, making her familiar with many of the ingredients used in hair care products today.
